That's pretty cool but I'm not convinced. You still have to be there yelling out "all ducks go the bed..."
It wasn't necessarily a big issue to get our ducks into the coop either, in fact, as I walked down to the coop the ducks would usually see me and waddle their own way into the pen because they knew I was there to round them up. Sometimes, I would need to usher them along and it would take several minutes to get them into the coop which isn't terrible, even so, it still annoyed me.
Chickens don't even need that - an automatic door that shuts at dusk and they're safe. The door opens in the morning and they're out free-ranging whether I'm there or not. I can say now after a few weeks of being duck free I'm sure I made the right decision to rid of them
