I think the lettuce seedlings might be goners, but thankfully the ones in the pots behind look healthy.
You could conteplate getting them watered on a timer, or even a gravity-fed way, like drip-fed. You don't have quite the control you need to have optimal seedlings, but you do have a heightened chance of them surviving for days you do have time to check on them.
I keep my plant pots in saucers with a couple CM height, so that I can water them until there is some water standing in the saucer. That way I know my plants won't dry out before I get back to them. Especially good for when summer hits and the soil dries out too quickly. There are downsides too, like that the soil could stay moist too long.
In the garden ollas have proven helpful, as the roots can take water from the ceramic as needed. I know mini-ollas exist too, to help water potted plants.
