Hi All, been mia for a bit. My friend has a lavender patch that she allows me to raid fairly often.
I usually make a couple of sachets a year for my pillow...
It helps calm me and wind down so I can go to sleep.
Simple cotton stuffed with lavender. (sticky note for size)
