Hi, Jason from the north of Mississippi. Love the self-sufficient me videos. I share a small place with my father, essentially its a small set of apartments but we don't rent them out. I don't have much actual land but do a fair bit of container gardening on the patio and around the apartments, I have some raised beds and I use large grow bags for my more seasonal stuff. Thanks for all your tips and tricks I've used many of them.

Whilst I do have available land, I only container garden at the moment too (the areas available need clearing and hoses installed if I wanted to grow there). But that doesn't limit me one bit. Though... I do notice some of my herbs wanting bigger spaces. And they're already in huge pots! I have my oregano in a bigger pot that I do my lemon tree

Welcome to the forum jnichola. Myself has some land to grow on, but I will use pots and barrels to grow in. These are great when you need to move them to make sure that there is sun or shade depending on the plant and season. So definitely a place for them in self sufficiency
