Problem Macadamia trees

Hi all, i need some help to find out what's going on with my macadamia trees,I live in North Queensland, I have 2 trees next to each other one is grown from seed and one is grafted, the grafted one seems to be doing better, the leaves are all turning brown and dropping off, the seedling one looks like it's dying, I'm not too sure what is going on, any help would be appreciated.
