So I know you can make dandelion wine . But I'm wondering what other Australian flowers can you make wine from. I love making brewed beverages and I'm really wanting to expand what I use . I'm currently collecting Lilly Pilly berries to make lilly wine . I have two different types of mead and a mellomel brewing away also have three different ciders doing their thing and I want to start a flower one while I still can.

I don't know if they grow in Australia but elderflowers can be made into wine. I have never done it personally. I made elderflower mead at one point. It turned out acceptably, nothing to write home about. However, that might have been the brewer. I am just learning to brew.
