Bamboo is pretty hearty they never stop growing, once pruned they'll grow wild. They love being manicured, especially your golden bamboo variety.
Oh I'd love to grow bamboo at home, just don't have the room to cater for it. If only I had a bigger property then that wouldn't any problem. Maybe in later future I'll have to hit you up on how to grow bamboo from cuttings.

Bamboo needs to be cured/dried out before using it as garden stakes, otherwise, well, you know first hand what happens now don't you.

Haha sounds like the weeds I get in my backyard, INVASIVE , but that's bamboo for ya. How is your backyard flower garden project going? Have you grown liliums before?
