Mark has returned from his holiday trekking through Europe, visiting countries like the UK, Spain and Portugal. He's now home, feeling refreshed and inspired.

Mark and his family visited markets, ate lots of food, participated in the Tomatina festival in Spain and much more. Sampling the foods has given him lots of inspiration towards not only what he can grow, but also how he can use it. In the future he will showcase some of his new inspirations on his channel.

In his garden he shows us both the good and the bad, from having been absent from his garden for 4 weeks.

Let's start with the BAD, before we move on to the GOOD.
- When weeding, the person looking after the garden accidentally culled young potato shoots, thinking they were weeds when weeding.
- Didn't get watered enough.
- Some beds are overcrobded as plants didn't get culled (which isn't necessarily a bad thing).

And not to forget; the GOOD!
- For starters, the garden is still alive.
- With the potato plant culled, he now has a raised bed free to experiment with. Not all stalks got ripped out, so it might still grow just as well. And it also showed that the potatoes grew really well thusfar.
- Learnt that whilst he considers gardening to be easy, he now realises that some things are only gained by experience.
- Some plants, like taro and lettuce, have thrived in his absense.
- Most importantly, Bella the dog says the boys did a good job keeping the garden alive!

Sorry guys.
My internet dropped out as I was writing this thread, mere minutes after the video was uploaded. So it sadly took me a few days to get to it. I was actually going to head to the public library today so I could get connected and finish this thread. We got lucky that our internet suddenly returned today :D

Anyhow, I personally absolutely LOVE this video. I think that his boys did an amazing job keeping the garden alive. I have had plants die too, as Spring seemed to hit sudden and hit hard. I've had plants die and struggle too due to the sudden heat and drought here. So props to them for doing their best
