If you are into country getaways then it might be worth your wile investigating a stay at Waterfall Creek situated in the Tallangatta Valley country Victoria, Australia.

It's a 60 hectare property with rolling hills and water courses including their own waterfall which powers a small hydro plant for self-sufficient power.

Can be used as a bed and breakfast, conference venue, horse riding adventure, or a stay at the quiet country guest house retreat.

I haven't personally stayed at Waterfall Creek but I used to live nearby and have a friend who owns a small hobby 5 acre property just outside of Tallangatta. Therefore, I know the area and it is beautiful country around those parts.

Anyway, I reckon it would be a fabulous stay and I'll certainly intend to do it next time I'm down that way. If you have stayed at Waterfall Creek tell us about it here.

I did my Army apprenticeship at Bonegilla (Latchford Barracks) for 2 years so i know this area a bit.
Such a great part of Australia with awesome countryside.
I've never been to Waterfall Creek (spent all my time in the live-in lines being yelled at) but I will keep it in mind next time i visit country Vic.

Cheers,
