Chooks can be quite violent, they are related to Tyrannosaurus Rex after all. I have seen my own murder small birds that were too slow

Wish mine would kill the feral pigeons that visit daily and gave my chooks mites. Or at least chase them away. They almost encourage them back by socializing with them 😱
Not that I have anything against pigeons. I just don’t like the mites

Oh my goodness, that is huge! I feel like it's a good luck egg🤣🤣🤣 maybe the next one she lays will be golden🤣

I'm about to get a few more laying hens. We are down to one sadly. One chicken and two ducks. I usually keep 3 chickens, but I'm considering getting more. Is there anything that seems different having more chickens or is it about the same?
