Sick Chook?

Hey gang, I have one chook who isn't very happy at the moment. She's still active, eating and drinking (seems to be drinking a lot of water lately, more than normal) but she has lost colour from her combs. She 'might' still be laying but I'm not 100% on that, seems to be scratching with her be too but I cant see any bugs on her at all? Currently she is doing brown watery poops. I have chucked some crushed garlic in the drinking water today to hopefully deal with any parasites. The other chooks seem fine.

I'll attach a couple of pics. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks, she seems a lot happier now, I put a bit of garlic in the drinking water just in case but it might have just been one of those seasonal things.
