I'm actually trying to figure out how to fix it myself as well, ahah. Lost my fair share of plants to it. I was actually in the middle of a trial when I accidentally snapped the plant at the base, so I couldn't see if it worked in the end. I was trying liquid copper fungicide.

1. Increase aeration and reduce moisture/humidity (not always possible in the tropics or for outdoor plants);
2. Physically remove diseased leaves and dispose OTHER THAN in your garden (e.g. trash);
3. Cease afternoon watering schedules and only water in the morning (gives foliage the chance to dry out during the day);
4. Apply mild to moderately alkaline foliage sprays: diluted full-fat milk (1:10 ratio); bicarb (2 tsp bicarb: 1 tsp oil: 500 ml water); borax (1 tsp: 500ml).

So many moons have passed and I have the following still going and producing so as long as they do so they will keep living on.

Pupkin prepped and ready for its season. I’m hoping that I get sick of pumpkin.

Potato take 2, hopefully they don’t rot but I have my doubts.

This is broccolini but I have had very little broccoli. What can I do to get it to produce more.

Transplanted a rogue tomato plant.

My eggplants. I was going to pull this out a few months back then sustained an injury and couldn’t. When I got back to the plant it had produced a few full sized eggplant so I kept it. Now it just keeps on giving.

More tomato. Roma tomato seems to grow the best and doesn’t put a strain on the plant.

Another couple of tomato plants that went rogue. Saved them by transplanting.

Capsicum and chilli. I think I have to seperate them to get bigger fruit. I only get small bell sized cap. Would separating them help?
Woolies cap, saved the seeds and it have me these so can’t complain as they were free.

Cherry tomato bush. Funny thing was it was planted in the planter but it grew outside of it somehow and not in it.

Those potatoes do look quite wet. But then again, I feel like everyone's microclimate is different and their plants prefer different amounts of water. My plants absolutely LOVE being waterlogged when in pots, whereas my mother-in-law who lives about 40mins away from me needs to keep everything nearly bone-dry or they die. Even when we give eachother plants that's still the case.

I'm not entiredly sure how well the plants would do when seperated at this age. Especially as fruiting takes them a lot of energy and could stress them out. Maybe if you'd take off al the fruit, but I'm not entiredly sure. I've never tried to split them at that size myself.

That's a stubborn cherry tomato, haha. They seem to be famous for acting up and doing as they please. I'd tried killing my cherry tomato plant 3 seperate times (cutting it out of the pots, ripping it out of the ground, etc). It lived for 2 years by it's own rules before the whippersnipper ate it up.

Believe it or not, the potatoes haven’t been watered by me, the rain is killing them. They will rot for sure.

The cherry tomato bush is ok where it is. I thought it was funny that it decided to grow everywhere else except the planter.
It’s going to have some great tomatoes I can see them already.

Ah yup, that'll do it. Is there a way to shield them from more moisture, whilst also increasing airflow and/or sunlight for evaporation? So far it does look healthy, so it might just pull through still.

Cherry tomatoes truly have a mind of their own, haha. But they do often produce a lot better when left to grow as they please.
I find them really easy to grow from seed too. Well, really I just squish a ripe cherry tomato into the soil and they'll start sprouting like mad. I eventually had so many cherry tomatoes I kept squishing them open for the birds to feed on. Until I got fed up and tossed an entire bucket of tomatoes in the backpaddock with the cows. They didn't care much for them (very picky, those two) but they kept sniffing at it and it kept them amused regardless. I'm surprised they never sprouted there, haha. The cows probably did like the seedlings.

I don’t really have a way to shield them from the rain. If they work then all good and if not, it’s not the end of the world.

Almost ready to harvest some tomatoes….. they are quick little things to ripen.

That's fair. You could try prematurely digging some up and maybe getting some baby potatoes if you think it's a lost cause. Otherwise, leaving it be and experimenting might be fun too. Even a failed crop can give a ton of information for the future.

Once they start they never seem to stop, haha. That's great! Got any plans for them yet?
