Hello All,

I think I accidentally pruned the top off my indeterminate pare cherry tomato plant or something ate it.. But at the same time there is a well defined sucker with flower coming out in its place. Should I let the sucker go and it will take the place of the top of the plant or did I ruin my plant?

Hi RevX, you've nothing to lose by leaving the little sucker in place have you? :) Sometimes those things become quite large and productive on plants, I guess if it doesn't do anything (as in producing fruit) you could snip it off at a later date so the plant can put it's energy into whatever else is there?
