this is an old mince meat recipe i honestly cant remember if i got it from one of my aunts or grandmother. hot water bath 15 minutes after packing in hot sterile canning jars and lids. i've made tarts and pies with this and it is actual comical some of the various foods i have made for some parties i get the look of " a guy that cooks cans and bakes ?"
