Lil chicken being bullied

I have 4 lovely hi line hens... i got 4 Americana hens. I knew there would be some pecking order and chasing each other around but poor little gray girl is getting picked on by all of them does anyone have any suggestions?

I ended up trading her for young americana rooster!!! He whiped them into shape quick!

I lost 1 americana to chkn hawk...RIP Greesy-Girl. But all is well and awaiting babies to hatch!
