Just got some kefir grains..

A friend gave me some kefir grains on the weekend. We've made a couple of small batches and put it in the kids' morning smoothies.

Just wondering else is making kefir and how else you eat it other than in smoothies?

Karla here. I make kefir from my goats milk. I use it anywhere it calls for milk. There is a small book, Kefir Rediscovered by Klaus Kaufman. Great book. Helps with trouble shooting and has recipes. Great stuff kefir.
