Question Ivermectin for chickens

Hi Mark, I was just wondering if you could tell me at what age do you treat your chickens with ivermectin please.
I have some young batams who have a red mite issue and pestene is not killing them effectively they would be approx 14 weeks old.
Any advice would be great and I would assume if I can dose it would be half a ml?
