Hello, everyone, my name is Becca and I'm from the Catskills region of New York. It all started when I wanted a few fresh herbs and then I was bitten by the gardening bug, and here I am. Now I'm growing food to save money and get healthier, and because nothing feels better than some time in the garden!

I don't have a green thumb, but it gets greener the more I read and learn. So I'm here to ask questions and absorb all the information I can.

Haha, one very infectious bug instead

Don't worry, I once thought I had a black thumb too! Turns out I was just using bad soil. And no matter how much I would tend to my plants... they would not thrive. My partner convinced me to buy some premium soil, and since then my garden has boomed! It's thriving and doing amazing - at least when I remember to water, oops.
