Amazing video of a Green tree frog eating a baby Keelback snake! I know they have a voracious appetite and they seem to eat everything that will fit into their mouths, including insects, spiders, smaller frogs, but capturing this was next level to me. This behaviour showcases their role as opportunistic predators in their ecosystem. It's quite a spectacle of nature to witness such interactions, highlighting the diversity and complexity of wildlife interactions in natural habitats. Lucky enough to have many frog species around our 2 acres and keelbacks breeding also, and as we continue to expand our ponds and Native plantings, I think many more will come.
