Good morning everyone,
I've been gardening for quite a few years but I'm still learning and trialling. We're the tenants of a large home on a 600sqm block 15 klms from the beaches and 13m above sea level in the northern hills under Bailey's Mountain just north of Tamborine Mountain. I grow in excess of 50 fruit trees including citrus, tropicals, and natives. These are all in large pots so they are transportable if we have to move. I also have 4 IBC wicking beds for my vegies and two stands of lady finger bananas which were here when we arrived.
We inherited an enormous mess from the prior tenants and spent a good 6 months pruning and removing weed trees and vines and we're STILL battling the weed population.
Mark, you are an inspiration to many gardeners and if I have a question I often Google one of your many videos seeking answers. Thank you for being you and for the lessons you so happily impart to others.

Welcome Cas. I know all too well how it feels to inherit a garden mess. Although I'm a bit luckier than you as I have my own place these days and pretty much can do what I want, but my gardening skills took off in rentals. Feel free to make a thread to show off your pain and process to garden bliss for us all to enjoy and maybe find inspiration out.

Welcome to the forum @Cas JSA !

I hear you, I'm battling the weeds here too. Especially since we've been having daily rain and it's too wet to mow :quiver:

Don't be afraid to ask any questions you may have on here! We all love learning together :D
