G'day everyone,

Dave here from CQ where summers are HOT and winters can be COLD-ish. Just got a few beds up and running at the moment doing the hügelkultur method - plan is to expand to 4 large beds and a few little round ones in the back yard, inspiration drawn from watching your vids on YouTube Mark, cheers mate! Much to learn, keen to research and look at all the content on here as well as YouTube and Patreon.

We've got sweet corn in now, Spinach, beans, snow peas, Carrots, strawberry, Cherry tomato. Not sure how some will go probably not the best time. Seedlings are zucchini, another Spinach, squash, some herbs about to go into pots, turmeric in a pot, rosemary, amd a couple pots of red onions so far.

I've got rosemary growing for the first time ever and am trying to keep it alive. I should've not impulse bought them on clearance I think

Hi Kleasy welcome to the forum looks like you are off to a good start with your raised bed it is a bit tough at the moment battling the heat and humidity hope all goes well for you. Cheers Dave

Yes the heat here is pretty harsh lately. Has caused a bit of stress on some of the seedlings, hopefully they pull through.

Oh nice one, haha i've impulsed bought plenty of seedlings that have ended up as worm food. Gotta give it a go ay!

Haha I will probably end up doing the same with at least one of them. Won't stop me trying though
