Don’t use DDT on those pests. Try the organic one DAD I find they seem to respond well to that... 😂
Still slack on this - so much going on.
Took the small/broomed/damaged on harvest bulbs and roasted them. Into the dehydrator to make roast garlic powder.

I'll be using our Biochef Savana 12 tray Mandy. I've only done jerky and mushrooms in it, this will be the first paste/leather

Indeed. After gifting and dehydrating I've kept a touch over 7.5kg for seed garlic. I have a problem 😄
i see only 1 problem .. your only got 7.5kg for seed ..... really need to get that up over the 25kg mark i think .....
