Gardening Fruit trees

I am just down the road on the peninsula. Wanting to plant only fruit/or nut trees in our yard. My husband likes everything to be neat so can you recommend a small tree to plant for privacy across our block. I’m thinking maybe an apple if you could recommend a variety.

Hiya! I haven't grown apple trees here in Australia yet, but back when I still lived in a Temperate climate we did! Just try to make sure it's a self-fertilising one or that you get multiple trees!
