folks,

For those interested in health you might want to try Qigong. It's rather easy and not overly difficult even if you're not in the best of shape.

Here's a short routine I started a couple of days ago.

 
looks like some nice, slow, easy stretching that would really loosen up a body first thing. Love the unexpected wildlife - at least it was the aggressive type ;). Thanks for the instructions. I might try to get a routine going first thing and see if it suits me :)
