Hey all
I’m Eddie first time here. I have been growing a fig tree for 5 years, every year hand full of figs. Finialy got the tree big enough winterizing it every winter and now it large enough to bear fruit. I pinched the tree tips July 1st and 2 weeks later figs started shooting out everyware. Are other people in zone 6-7 having success as well without doing anything.
I also have an old fig tree my wife’s dad used to grow that died down to the roots and I have revived it and it gives the biggest figs.
Bird scare tape works great, any this noisy in the wind and reflecting the light deters the birds. The more the merrier
Tangle foot for the ants, macitoes, and the infamous spotted lantern flys
