General Information

Here is a quick 2 minute video I put together about my basic backyard setup to process any of my home-grown chickens for eating.It only shows the setup area and I also give a demo of what temperature (60-65 degrees Celsius) to soak the bird to make plucking easier.​

I shot this video on my phone so apologies for the shaky cam :) The gallery image is just one of the homegrown chickens I'm cooking tonight for dinner.​
