Rabbits these days are sadly becoming a forgotten food !! ...... Great Feed and easy to farm/harvest or hunt .... sure you cant "Live" on them as the only meat as they dont have enough body fat to sustain your body ... but a great feed still ...(love a great curry rabbit) Kangaroo here is...

indeed .. think with what you have or can control .. not "ohhh look at those seeds, i want to grow those" ..... cant eat hopes n dreams ... for you it sounds like you would lean towards crops that dont mind the cold/snow aswell ..... like kohlrabi ?? also one thing many at first dont realise...

if the stem was completely DRIED up then there is NO "Blood Stream" so to speak of but also depends how long ago he poisoned it eg ... was it just before the centre of the stem dried up completely ???
