Hi, we recently (last few years) bought an old farmhouse out at Mt Mee (just north-west of Brisbane) as a transition from city living into a country setting - still not fully there yet but working on it :)

I'm running some steers on the property and they pretty much look after themselves but in the future I'm hoping to build a chook pen etc, so I'm keen to learn and contribute here when I can.

View looking East towards Coast.

Hi Graham, I've been to Mt Mee quite a few times, over and around it. Your property looks like a great place to live. That cloud or fog looks awesome! Looks like Mt Tibrogagan and Beewah in the background?

PS. how big is the property? Do you have any valley areas with creeks? or just the top of the hills?

What an awesome spot you have Graham. Great views of the Glasshouse Mountains.
I have 'in-law' family up that way.

Very jealous....

Hi Graham nice to see another person in transition from city to country ....we are also half way between. Have had our place for 2 years and now just getting serious about moving down there permanently.
