Hi Ya
This is my first time posting anything!
I am so bogged down with so many websites all selling different fermentation products Is there just one site you can buy all the things you use
I have tried to buy locally but no one has anything
Love your channel
I have learned so much and my success rate is now at 80% from about 10%!!!
Thankyou Annette

What are you after specifically? Kmart & Spotlight have a small range of Ball products.

I haven't used their website, but I used to get my stuff from Kitchen Warehouse when I had one locally.

I just don't trust delivery companies enough with glass!

Wouldn't that be nice? A one stop fermenting shop, unfortunately, there is such a range of fermentation processes for different foods that you need to look around for whatever it is that you are after specifically. Places like:
have a range of things,
otherwise, your local bake and brew type shop?
ebay?
You really need to look at many sites and find one that is appealing to you,
Good Luck with it all

Yes fermenting tools availability are wide and varied here in Oz...i find OzFarmer one of the best, and I've never had any issues with postage breakages.
Here is a pic of today's ferments from my kitchen...garlic and dill cucumber pickles, garlic and ginger carrots, garlic beetroot.

You just use a wide-mouth jar with a lid. You can get them on the cheap from Kmart or Cheap as Chips. It doesn't have to be a Mason jar or Ball but if you can afford it, they are great. You can buy some Mason Jar Waterless fermentation airlocks. They come in a set. If not, you just burp your jars every day.

You can get airlocks and grommets from your local homebrew shop - drill a hole in a spare lid, insert grommet, insert airlock and away you go.

Edit - Big W even carries them if they stock the homebrew stuff - brigalow brand
