Hey there

this year my Bananas seem to have some kind of disease that if affecting the outside skin and will eventually penetrate inside and cause the banana to have a woody blemish.

I need help identifying the problem and if anyone has any solutions.

Thanks

Could be calcium deficiency and or something like anthracnose which is a fungal and infection.
Spraying with copper well before and again at flowering can deal with the fungal and help viral infections.
Calcium deficiency can be caused by too much nitrogen or need for lime or gypsum.

OR could be Black Spot Disease!

If this is the case, please destroy all plant material and prevent suckers growing.
Get new plant material and plant in a new place.
