Hey everyone,

just letting you guys know I haven't passed away... :p

I've been really busy around the property and at the same time trying to run my blog, YouTube channel (creating videos, and answering a ton questions each week), and running the household as a homedad!

I've also done quite a bit of work behind the scenes here on the forum to improve stability and security, which I'm pretty happy with now.

So, I'm not neglecting our forum it's just that I'm really stretched ATM but hopefully I'll get some time to browse more and chat, etc soon.

Cheers :)

Not a problem Mike, umm.. what was your name.. oh yeah... Mark.. that's right... mwahah

I have also been busy with my bees so I feel I have neglected the forum a bit. I figure if you just keep powering on there's no problem. You probably get more return/feedback/interactions from your videos and youtube, so that's no problem.

I add some random things here, and enjoy the posts the "usual suspects" make here.

You and me both Mark. Flat out even getting work/life balance going since moving ourselves and it's not over yet. A few boxes yet to dispose of, not enough room in the bins to get rid of some rubbish and the veggie patch is not yet done!

Ha! I knew you weren't dead Mark.......I'm following your YouTube vids....which are fabulous BTW! So very, very, very helpful.
You must be super busy with so many different jobs/duties/family/yard/animals etc etc.
Plus the forum upgrade stuff!

Stay sane!!

I certainly have noticed your behind the scenes work Mark.
Forum & website definitely better, thankyou.

I'm glad others are really busy, because for a change & probably the first time in my life I am sometimes found (almost) twiddling my thumbs!

With this drought biting hard I am almost out of dam water so can't water daily or even weekly now. Also all cluckles dead so no chooks to waste time with (I mean pass the time of day with;) ). No vegie garden to fiddle with, very little fruit to pick & almost no weeds to hoe.

Actually, no grass either. :(

I'm inspecting gardens of the fruiting kind this Easter...heading to Adelaide and the Barossa/Clare Valley to sample a couple of fermented grapes. Have forgotten to turn on the irrigation system, so I hope it's not too hot in Brisbane!

It was one of the work computers.

I have all the files on an external drive, so just the internal drive died. I bought a new one ($75) and re-installed all the software so it wasn't too bad, just a pain.

We have had a major loss in the past with hard drives and files, i refer to that as "The Crash of 2000", it took years to recover from that one.
